Dolinsk Bank is a bank from Sakhalin, founded in 1990 in the city of Dolinsk on the basis of the Sakhalin branch of the USSR Promstroibank. The company works with both individuals and businesses and holds leading positions in its region in terms of assets, net profit, and capital. Until recently, the bank operated only in the Russian Far East, but in 2023 a decision was made to expand its activities across the entire territory of Russia.
